Hoshizaki Warranty Update & Extended Warranty Registration – Effective January 2026

At CHES Online, we aim to keep our clients informed about important service updates from our manufacturers.
From 1 January 2026, Hoshizaki Australia will introduce new warranty procedures and an updated system for managing non-warranty assessments.

🔧 New Warranty Procedure (Effective 1 January 2026)
For all non-warranty or suspected non-warranty claims processed through the Hoshizaki National Service Centre (NSC), a refundable pre-payment of $264 (incl. GST) will be required before a technician is dispatched.
How It Works
Your warranty request is reviewed by the NSC team.
If the issue appears non-warranty, the NSC will request the pre-payment before dispatching a technician.
After inspection:
If covered by warranty → the full $264 is refunded automatically.
If not covered → the amount is applied toward the service fee.
Payments are handled via Stripe, a secure PCI DSS Level 1 compliant platform.
