Step 1: Open our website CHESonline.com.au

and clicck LODGE Service to access the After-Sales Service Directory

Visit our After-Sales Service Directory to view all supported brands in one place.

Step 2: Search for Your Brand

Use the search bar to enter your brand name. You can also browse the list alphabetically.

Step 3: Click “Open Service Page”

Once you find your brand, click “Open Service Page” to access the official service or warranty request form.


Step 4: Submit Your Service Request

Complete the online form with your product and service details.Some brands may require:

  • Proof of purchase

  • Serial number

  • Photos or additional information


Step 5: For Brands Not Listed

If your brand is not listed, please submit a request using the “Other Brands – Support Request” form.
