The TurboChef HhC 2620 is a high-speed conveyor oven capable of cooking raw dough pizza in only 2 minutes 45 seconds and up to 69 x 12” pizzas per hour, with a compact footprint and 660mm belt width. It cooks 40-50% faster than traditional conveyors and operates without a ventilation hood, offering flexibility in kitchen placement. With optional split belts, customizable cooking profiles, and a stackable design (requires stacking kit), the HhC 2620 is ideal for busy kitchens seeking efficiency and versatility.
