The HJX-PRO-M120-W is Josper’s medium size 100% charcoal oven, with a table base for extra storage and an additional food warmer to increase functionality. Recommended for around 120 diners and with a fire up time of around 35 minutes, the HJX can reach broiling temperatures of up to 350˚C and produce perfectly smoked and grilled food using one load of charcoal for around 9 hours.
