More affordable than a traditional combi, the CALDOBAKE cooks large batches of food at a time, speeding up  productivity, without sacrificing on results. Cook a wide variety of menu items and achieve consistent, uniform results thanks to the patented Air. Plus  Technology, that distributes air evenly within the baking chamber. The Dry. Plus Technology allows for rapid extraction of excess humidity to achieve the right mix of internal  structure and external crispness.
