The Culinaire® range of Island Buffets provides a practical and attractive solution to the presentation and storage of food for self-serve applications. The heated buffet uses the Culinaire® under bench Bain Marie with Gantry (Refer to CR.BMC.U.GSF for details). The standard buffet unit has an internal framing that is constructed from heavy­duty stainless steel, to endure the day to day use in a busy environment. Buffet units can be customised to suit any application.

  • Culinaire buffet units can be customised to suit any application (minimum dimensions apply)
  • Additional items can be incorporated into the buffet unit such as plate dispensers/ plate shelves under and induction warming units etc
  • Heavy duty non marking 75mm swivel casters have two with brakes and two without
  • Stoddart has a selection of standard stone tops and pre­finished melamine boards available or specify finishes to suit your decor (prices may vary)
