Silver Chef is the only specialist hospitality funder in Australia. We’ve provided flexible equipment funding solutions to our customers for almost 30 years. From small family restaurants to large corporate catering services, the right funding is essential if you want to keep your options open!
With Rent-Try-Buy® you aren’t locked into a long-term contract. Instead, we offer a 12-month agreement, so your business can be flexible:
Silver Chef purchases the equipment and rents it to you.
- This helps to free up your cash flow.
- 100% of the rental payments are tax-deductible and the offering is off-balance sheet funding so it doesn’t affect your borrowing ability compared to depreciating assets on your books if you use cash or a lease product.
- There are also no application fees, only a 6-week refundable security deposit to start the Rental Agreement.
- No directors guarantee or security over your home or personal assets required ( under $100K)
During the 12 month agreement, you can
- Purchase the equipment at any time and receive a 75% net rental rebate
- Upgrade to bigger or better equipment should the current machine not suit your needs
After 12 months you can
- Return the equipment if this is no longer suitable for your business
- Continue to Rent
- After 12 months enter into our Easy own 2 years ( 15% reduction in weekly payment ) or 3 years Easy Own ( 30% reduction in weekly payment ) and own the asset at the end of this extended periodDue to the strict requirements from the curriers as well as suppliers in the market, the customer will need to submit written notification to CHES online within 24 hours after units are received with pictures and witness detail and all relevant detail provided.
